Top 25 Peppermint Oil Uses

Ready to start harnessing the health benefits of peppermint? If so, here are 25 ways to use this incredible herb:

It is especially helpful in soothing an aching back, sore muscles, and melting away a tension headache. A study shows that peppermint oil applied topically has pain relief benefits associated with Fibromyalgia and Myofascial Pain Syndrome. The study found that peppermint oil, eucalyptus, menthol, capsaicin and other herbal preparations may be helpful. Calyptus, menthol, capsaicin and other herbal preparations.(1) Try my recipe for homemade muscle rub to ease muscle pain.

Today’s #TuesdayTip is one that many people can use this time of year with all the colds and viruses that get passed around. I don’t like getting sick (don’t know anyone that does) and honestly don’t have the time to get sick! Staying healthy is always a top priority of mine and essential oils, like Melaleuca oil are a great way to prevent and treat seasonal colds and other threats that come by.
Melaleuca has been used for centuries to help the immune system; it acts as a stimulant and helps the body fight off disease, bacteria, infection, virus and illness. That’s why it’s a fabulous oil to diffuse to fight off body colds, sinus infections, respiratory ailments and bronchitis.
If you don’t like the scent of Melaleuca oil, here is a fun diffuser blend that will smell great and help fight off any seasonal threats!
2 drops Melaleuca oil
2 drops Lemon
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Peppermint
